Why is our firm called Renaissance Venture Partners? We chose that name because we do two things that we think corresponds to a necessary renaissance in how either struggling companies or emerging companies get guidance and get financing.
First, we offer consulting for struggling companies who want to turn around to a new level of revenue and performance or for emerging companies who are in their first phases. We partner with the company on an intensive, hands-on basis, offering a range of services to help them through their turnaround and relaunch or through their early stages and then on to success. To accomplish this, we share knowledge and specific know-how that draws extensively on our 50 years’ of combined experience inside more than 100 companies ranging from startups to small-caps to the Fortune 100.
Our upcoming book Managing Right From the Big Bang: How to Keep Your Company from Being Sucked into a Black Hole © metaphorically tracks the evolution of a company or the restart of a company with the evolution of the universe. Our book, combined with the intense, interactive seminars and workshops now available, delve into all the principles of leadership and the practices of managing right that are critical to the survival of any new company or new business forming from a major corporation, or are key for a company that needs to revamp and relaunch itself.
